  • Early Arrival for Delivery & Setup for one location/room on-site at the venue.  This is outside your play time at no additional charge!  For example, if your Reception is 7 PM to 10 PM, our DJ will arrive no later than 5:30 PM to ensure everything is perfect for start time!  All DJ packages include at least 1.5 hours for setup before start time and 1 hour after the end time for clean up.  And we will review with your venue or wedding planner to ensure proper access and a review to avoid costing you extra charges for time from the venue!
  • Professional Appearance with Formal Attire and Wedding Color Matching Tie!
  • Setup for One Location On-site Included, no moving of equipment during the Wedding. Equipment moving during the event available for an additional small charge per move; cost dependant on how many equipment moves.  Moving equipment with during the event is typically not preferred by venues or Wedding planners to avoid disrupting guests or delaying timing so talk to us about adding additional speakers if this situation applies to your Wedding.**

  • * There is $25 limit on purchasing songs for a client and we will not accept word documents, additional play lists or excel sheets in lieu of our planning forms unless it is a form from your venue or wedding planner.
  • ** An additional speaker is required if you have 2 spaces/rooms needing sound.  For example, if your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception are in 3 different rooms, you will need to add an additional speaker. In some case 2 additional speakers are needed if the spaces have a far walking distance from each other.  If you have 3 speakers and still need equipment moved or have a 4th location, we may be able to move a speaker or our DJ table to another location in the room/room flip or to another room or space in the venue after a review. There is a $25 charge for each item.  For example if we need to move a speaker from your Ceremony area to your Cocktail area, it's an additional $25.  If we need to adjust placement of items by a few feet, there is no charge.  Each situation is different so be sure to review with your account manager your setup areas.  Note: only large or custom setup items require a charge for moving, small items or associated equipment moved at no charge.

The Standard Cocktail Service (with speaker system).

(as an add on to the Reception Package)

  • Package Overview: Includes a full hour of cocktail music set to your preference with the same DJ as your Reception! Optional speaker system for Cocktail Hour locations in a separate space/room from the Reception!
  • Professional DJ (same DJ that will be at the Reception) will play the Cocktail Hour Music.  If Cocktail Music performed by another musician, please advise us immediately as we will assist hooking them up into our sound system for microphone and speaker services with your DJ managing the sound for best listening quality. 
  • Access to Fonix On-Line 120,000+ Song Strong Music Database to select Cocktail Music, list important notations on songs, or to look up top songs in our Most Requested Song Lists! If we don't have your song, we provide a $25 credit to purchase any music we do not own!*
  • Cocktail Music Selection Assistance & Direction; we will assist you in selecting fun cocktail hour songs or we can develop a play list based on your style! Most popular is Timeless Jazz Standards or as we call it, Rat Pack Style.  We can also cater to indie rock or theme based music!
  • Optional Speaker System available with mini control board and speaker on stand to avoid moving of equipment after the Cocktail. Additional speaker required if the Cocktail hour is in a different room or separate from the Reception.**
  • Logistics and Cocktail Space/Location Review.  One of the most appreciated services noted by previous brides and Wedding planners.  This includes a full review of the Cocktail Hour space in relation to the Reception space and proper sound placement. We will also review all power needs and load-in method to ensure the load-in for all vendors is realistic with a smooth path to the Cocktail location.
  • Setup for One Location On-site Included, no moving of equipment during the Wedding.**  Equipment moving during the event available for an additional small charge per move; cost dependant on how many equipment moves.  Moving equipment during the event is typically not preferred by venues or Wedding planners to avoid disrupting guests or delaying timing.  Talk to us about adding additional speakers if this situation applies to your Wedding.
  • Is Your Cocktail Hour & Reception in the same room?  You may not need an additional speaker!  We can offer a reduced price without the additional speaker only if we don't have to move any equipment during the event (Room Flip, Cocktail right outside from room, etc).  However, we can move speaker a few feet around and change the direction of sound.  If you have booked us for Ceremony and it's in a different area from the Reception, you will still need to add an additional speaker for the Ceremony.  Each situation is handled on a case by case basis as this is notice is meant to reduce logistical issues the day of your Wedding.
  • * There is $25 limit on purchasing songs for a client and we will not accept word documents, additional play lists or excel sheets in lieu of our planning forms unless it is a form from your venue or wedding planner.

  • One Additional Hour of Service/Playing Time including Prelude Music as guests arrive custom tailored to your preference and all Ceremony Music including a Ceremony Planning Form, Time-Line, and unlimited phone consultations for ideas and song suggestions!
  • Professional DJ/Host (same DJ/Host that will be at the Reception) will play all Ceremony Music.  If Ceremony Music performed by another musician, please advise us immediately as we will assist hooking them up into our sound system for microphone and speaker services with your DJ managing the sound for best listening quality. 
  • On-line Ceremony & Music Planning Forms Website designed for your Wedding....ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR EXTRA WORD DOUMENTS OR EXCEL SHEETS!!  That's right! When it comes to the music and entertainment for your Ceremony, forget keeping up with extra word documents or excel sheets with your own custom website designed for your Wedding Entertainment!  In addition to your On-line Reception & Music Planning Forms as noted in your Reception Package, a Ceremony Form will be added to enter in all your key songs and details of the Ceremony along with a Ceremony Time-Line template.  If you have a Wedding Planner, we can use their time-line if preferred.
  • Access to Fonix On-Line 120,000+ Song Strong Music Database to select Ceremony songs, list important notations on songs, or to look up top Ceremony songs in our Most Requested Song Lists! If we don't have your song, we provide a $25 credit to purchase any music we do not own!*
  • Ceremony Music Selection Assistance & Direction; we will help you find the right version of popular classical/orchestra songs or non-traditional songs to truly match your style!
  • Optional Speaker System with Microphones available with mini control board, speaker on stand, and wireless hand held microphone for Officiate to avoid moving of equipment after the Ceremony! Microphone stands and 2nd wired microphone for Readers or Singers/Musicians free of charge upon request. Additional speaker system required if Ceremony is in a different area/room from the Reception.

We will also review all power needs and load-in method to ensure the load-in for all vendors is realistic with a smooth path to the Ceremony location.
  • Setup for One Location On-site Included, no moving of equipment during the Wedding.**  Equipment moving during the event available for an additional small charge per move; cost dependant on how many equipment moves.  Moving equipment with during the event is typically not preferred by venues or Wedding planners to avoid disrupting guests or delaying timing so talk to us about adding additional speakers if this situation applies to your Wedding. 
  • Table with linen/skirt and microphone stands free of charge upon request.
  • Is Your Ceremony & Reception in the same room?  You may not need an additional speaker!  We can offer a reduced price without the additional speaker only if we don't have to move any equipment during the event (Room Flip, Ceremony right outside from room, etc).  However, we can move speaker a few feet around and change the direction of sound.  If you have a room flip and don't need an extra speaker, make sure your covered for cocktail hour sound as you still may need a speaker if the cocktail hour is in a separate space.  Each situation is handled on a case by case basis as this is notice is meant to reduce logistical issues the day of your Wedding.
  • Is Your Ceremony at a different address?  If your Ceremony is at a separate address from your Reception, an additional fee will be required depending on distance and setup type with possible additional labor depending on timing of activates.  This also includes large venues, such as a parks, where we will have to drive to each location.  Each situation is handled on a case by case basis as this is notice is meant to reduce logistical issues the day of your Wedding.
  • Optional Battery Powered Sound System Available for Ceremonies in a field, on a pier, or not near power for an additional charge.

  • DI Box available for hooking in acoustic guitar performances free upon request.  It is highly recommended to have the guitarist call us to ensure we can properly plug in their equipment to our sound system.
  • Lapel Microphone available for an additional fee.
  • 8 Channel Studio Grade Mixer Board available for additional fee for Ceremonies requiring more than two microphones for string quartets, bands, etc..
